How rating system works?
We have designed rating and feedback system to make project management for you and your members more transparent. We predefined some points for rating on some common factors basis

0 | Client Side Delay |
1 | Work Load |
2 | Lack of resources |
3 | Lack of knowledge |
4 | Unaware of deadline |
5 | Miscommunication |
For number of late days. The difference between the end date and completion date.
Points | Factors |
0 | if end date and completion date are same |
1 | 1-5 days late |
2 | 6-10 days late |
3 | 11-15 days late |
4 | 16-20 days late |
5 | 21 or more days late |
According to the above points table your rating will be deducted for each and every project which is given by administrator. Even the rating will be calculated for tasks of particular project or an individual task.
Let`s take an example : There is a project name "Project XYZ", created by administrator and two members were added let`s say "A" and "B". When the project gets delay (i.e when project is exceed its end date) the administrator or the one who creates project need to select the reason for the delay. After that when the project gets is completed status , the administrator rates the member who were involved. You will see the basic information just like the delay and reason for it.
Now if the administrator rating

This below points will be given by the administrator on project members.

Communication Point 5
Now if the project is delayed and the reason for delay is "Work load" and total difference in days is 2 days
Reason for delay Point 1
Late Days Point 1
Now the formula
Avg Rating = ( Work Point + Communication Point) - ( Reason for delay Point + Late Days Point) / 2
For the above example avg rating for Member A
Avg Rating = (5 + 5) - (1 + 1 ) / 2 = 4
Note: If the delay is from client side then no points will be deducted from member rating. Average rating will always be round off to absolute value.
